Resolution to Repair ,clean and
Paint Bridge.
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS that it is thier intention to repair,clean and
paint the Queets River Bridge. No. 206/060.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose there is hereby appropriated sums
in the following detail:

The county road purpose herein described is HEREBY DECLARED to be a public necessity and the County Road
Engineer is HEREBY ORDERED A 'NO AUTHORIZED TO report and proceed thereon a s by law provided.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this purpose be performed by CONTRACT in accordance with the Standard Road
and Bridge Specifications of the 7State of Washington as adopted by this Board.

Ed Becker inquired about road paving bond at Pleasant Tides. Commissioners agreed there should be a letter
sent stating last date for completion of this obligation before foreclosure. Motion by Commissioner Brown,
second by CommissioBer O'Meara to send letter to United Pacific Insurance Company setting September 15,l973
as last date for completion.
The Board of Commissioners reviewed the prosepective resolution touching upon distribution of Revenue Sharing
Funds and the board, having examined same determined that referred subject matter is non-detachable in
character as an emergency ordinance. Motion to adopt Resolution 35-73 "Adopting Emergency Budget for
Current Expense Fund" ,second by Commissioner O'Meara.

A resolution of the Board of County Commissioners for Jefferson County adopting an emergency budget
for the Current Expense Fund for expenditure during calendar 1973, and providing for the in;.plementation
thereof.

WHEREAS, there has been paid into the treasury of Jefferson County from the U.S. Department of the
Treasury,Office of Revenue Sharing, sundry funds authorized by Act of Congress, and

WHEREAS, in order to enable disbursement of a portion thereof an emergency budget is indicated in
order to comply with rules and regulations as promulgated by the Division of ~unicipal Corporation of the State
Auditor's Office of the State of Washington and State law" therefore
:-:lE IT RESOLVED that there is hereby created and adopted a supplemental budget for the Current Expense
Fund of this County for disbursement during calendar 1973, as follows:
