King County Assessor{8Z '\^In 2d 549,and declaring an emergency. WHEREAS, it appears to the Board of County Commissioners that it is now proper to establish and set up the necessary procedure and the appropriation of money to comply with the aforesaid ruling, and that there are no funds in the budget of the County Treasurer to accomplish the objective, now, therefore bookkeeping purposes to meet such emergency is the sum of $ 15,000.00 . BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the emergency thus created is non debatable in character, falling, under the provisions of R.C. W. 36.40.180, the same is hereby entered without notice or hearing. Said that State Auditor suggests Clallam County pay all bills of the Juvenile Department and then expenses would be pro-rated. Jefferson County would be billed in accordance by Clallam County. Board agrees this would be a better method of payment. ii ;) :1 i 'i Norris Short,Chairman Planning Commission, read and presented a letter re: Zoning of Jefferson County. :1 Stated the "need" has been determined by the County Commissioners and they are determining the "how" by :1 proposing an ordinance with enough different zones to allow for nearly any activity in the county. Commissioner;1 O'Meara asked that plating ordinance be revised in accordance with the zoning ordinance.
