Board advised they have met with the City of Port Townsend as scheduled and it was decided the county will
take over the sanitary land fill for use in relation with solid waste disposal plans.

Engineer Becker advised that he had contacted United Pacific Insurance Company re: Road Bondir for Leisure
Development Company. They said they have written letter to Ed Miller, previous owner, and wUl advise when
they receive and answer.
Assessor Hansen presented Final Solution Roll Back J.973 Tax Rolls. County total assessed balue allowed and
certified by Department of Revenue due to extenuating circumstall ces, $lll, 626.624.
Notice from State Liquor Board of Class CD license transferred from Robert George Haley, Pleasant Harbor Cafe
to Beverly Jean Eing, approved by the Board.

Letter from Olympic Regional Planning Council re: Grant-In-Aid Action.
Letter from C1allam County Planning Commission re: Propsed Short Plat Ordinance.
Letter from the Department of Navy re: Meeting on Trident, September 5th. All Board members will attend.
Three Notices of Transmittal of Funds from the Department of Natural Resources: (1) $90, $28.12, and
$112.50 all from Ollie Stamper, Brush Lease.

Mrs. Edna Jensen, Auditor, Douglas County, Washington and her husband, stopped in to meet the Board. She
is here to attend and Auditor's Convention at Fort Worden.
Attending today's meeting were William Pittis, Fred Houghton and Chet Dalgleish.
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned.
