i:9:00 a.m. Meeting reconvened at this hour with all Members present.
IDiScusSion continued on CZ's request for a blinker light at the railroad crOSSing at the foot of Thomas Street, and
~the possibUity of re-routing the truck traffic to the MUl by the conatruction of a new road through Glen Cove.
:Board concurs the blinker light is needed to mduce the safety hazard and therefore, by motion of Commissioner
:Brown and second by Chairman Kelly the 30% funding for installation was approved. Unanimous. Chairman Kelly
:will contact the state in regard to the Board's desire for I'l new road.
IGae1 Stuart, Superintendent, School Dist. #50 re-appell'ed re: Roquest for funding of Recreation Department.
iHe re-affirmed that program would be for the participation of the city and the entire county. Also stated the :;
IDirector would help to organize programs in the county. Motion by Commissioner Brown, second by Commissioner 'I"

lomto grants will be available until the Water Basins Study is oompleted late in 1974.
