Commissioner Brown stated that. h~.l1ad been contacted by Mr. George Randolph asking the the road call "Queen
Ann Blvd." be changed and posted under it's legal and patted name of "Swanson Road". Board concurs. Letter
is to be written to Pope & Talbot requesting that posting be changed to the originally platted name.
Request from Allan C. Haglund for extension of building permit. Motion by Commissioner 0' Meara, second by
Commissioner Brown to approve. Unanimous.

Board received letter of request from the editor of the Port Townsend Leader for written not,1f1cation of any and all
special meetings of the Board as provided in the Washington State Open Meeting Act, with such notification due
no later than 24 hrs. before scheduled starting time.
Billapproved and signed Resolution No. 43-73, Special Election for Coyle Water District, as follows:
RESOLUTION NO. 43-73
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held on the 10th day of September, 1973, pursuant to notice given by
publication, regarding the fromation of a water district, and the Commissioners having found that said water
district would be condusive to the public health, welfare and convenience and of special benefit to the land
included within said boundaries, and there being no objection to the formation of said district,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, JEFFERSON COUNTY, WASHINGTON,
that a special election shall be held on the 6th. day of November, 1973, at which time all qualified voters
residing within the bollmdries of said district shall cal'l~ their ballots for the olecticn of three commissioners and
to whether or not said district shall be formed.
