Engineer is HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED TO report and proceed thereon as by law provided.
I BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this purpose be performed by dav labor in accordance with the Standard
Road and Bridge Specifications of the State of Washington as adopted by this Board.
