IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS that it is their intention to improve 1.33
miles of County Road No. 38 by grading, draining and surfacing.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose ithere is hereby appropriated

ington Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction as adopted by this Board.
