' that an alternate date for Budget Hearing may be selected by the Board of County Commissioners and by Resolu- Ii tion No. 29-73 this Board did so deem it necessary to select the alternate date, posting notice to inform the public of said alternate date, and 'I WHEREAS, said laws having been complied with, hearings held at which taxpayers might be heard and/ i, :1 I or given an opportunity to question any part of the proposed budget and officials in charge of various departments: were called in and consulted concerning the Budget for their Department; now THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, JEFFERSON COUNTY, WASHINGTON, that the following budget be and it hereby is adopted as the CURRENT EXPENSE BUDGET OF JEFFERSON COUNTY for the calendar year 1974. Action delayed again due to Street Department's not reacting to county's request for comment on prelim~nary impact statement. Planning Director, Cunningham will prepare final impact statement for action by the Board next Mond9y. Copies will be made available to the public. Chairman Kelly signed letter terminating Group Annuity Contract M-1600, with the First Investment Annuity Co. of America, to be sent to Sutliffe and Company, Inc. I " Motion by Commissioner O'Meara, second by Commissioner Brown to adopt and sign Resolution 58-73A, Annual Current Expense Budget for 1974, as follows. WHEREAS, it appears to the BOARD OF JEFFERSON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, that the following transfers will be necessar;y in the Current Expense Budgets, which have surplus funds in some catagories and insufficient funds in others, the County Auditor is hereby authorized to make transfers as follows: ..
