Motion by Commissioner O'Meara, second by Commissioner Brown for Engineer Becker to check totals of two low :
bids for possible errors. Becker returned to advise that the totals are correct and recommends Ralph Wells be
awarded the bid. Motion by Commissioner 0' Meara, second by Commissioner Bro~n to award bid to Ralph Wells
as low bidder for the amount of $18,878.00. Unaimous.
Motion by Commissioner O'Meara, second by Commissioner Brown to approve minutes of December 3rd and 4th.
Unanimous.
Motion by Commissioner 0' Meara, second by Commissioner Brown to adopt and sign County Road Budget 1974,
