INTENTION TO VACATE
RESOL UTION NO. 1-74
WHEREAS, after due consideration, it appears to this Board of County Commissioners that it is not in the
public interest to continue to maintain as a part of the Count~. Road System:
All that portion of the East QuUcene Road, County Rcsd No, 20, lJouth of a
Une 40' south of the north line of SE 1/4 of tho SE 1/4 of Section 31, T. 2 7N ., m w. W . M.
and in contemplation of the language of the statute R.C,W. 36.97.010, the same is useless, now
therfore ,
BE IT RESOLVED, and this Board of County Commissioners does now declllf'3 its intention to vacate and
abandon said road, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, and the County Road Engineer is hereby directed to examine said roads and report'
his opinion as to whether this county road should be vacated and abandoned; whether any is in use or has been
in use; the condition thereof, and waether toe public will be benefltedby the proposed abandonment, and all
other facts, matters and things which will be of importance to the Board; and that such report be filed as soon
as possible.
ADOPTED this 7th day of January, 1974.

Engineer Becker presented letter recommending establishment of county road - Taylor Ranch Road. (Resolution
No. 61-73) Motion by Commissioner O'Meara, second by Commissioner Brown to approve and sign Resolution
No. 2-74, as follows. Unanimous.
ESTABLISHMENT OF A COUNTY ROAD
RESOLUTION NO. 2-74..
This matter coming on to be heard this day upon the County Road Engineer's report with respect to the
intent to establish a county road set forth in Resolution No. 61-73 adopted the 10th day of December, 1973,
and it appearing to the Board of County Commissioners tmt notice of hearing upon said Engineer's report has
been posted and published for the time and in the manner provided by law, proof of such posting and pubU-
cation being now on file herein, and said Board having proceeded to consider the report of tho Engineor, to-
gether with other evidence adduced, and being fully advised in the premises, does now find and determine
( 1) that the public w1l1 be benefited by the establishment theroof,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is horeby ordered that
A right of way 60 feet wide through Seotions 9,10, /JIne! 15, T. 28 N. ,R. 2 W. W. M.,
as shown on the attaohod Exhibits A., B & C.
be and the same hereby established a county road.
