In the matter of the Black Point Road,
County Road No. 62
Resolution to relocate and reconstruct
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS that it is their intention to improve 1. 5
, miles of the Black Point Road by relocating, clearing grubbing, grading and draining.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose there is hereby appropriated sums
in the follOWing detail:

The county road purpose herein described is HE REBY DECIARED to be a public necessity and the County Road
Engineer is HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED TO report and proceed theron as by law provided.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this purpose be performed by day labor in accordance with State of Wash-
ington Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction as adopted by this Board.
