I: RESOLUTION NO. 9-74 IN THE MATTER OF APPOINTING ME MBERS TO THE NORTH OLYMPIC COASTAL BASIN COORDINATING COMMITTEE WHEREAS, Jefferson County has agreed to participate with Callam County in the completion of a comprehensive sewage drainage basin study for water pollution control and WHEREAS, a river basin coordinating committee is reqUired to advise on the development for water quality management, and WHEREAS, it is desireable to have representatives from Jefferson County on such a committee, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners, Jefferson County, Washington that the following individuals are appointed to the North OlympiC Coastal Basin Coordinating Committee: Randall Durant, Olympic lIealth District Sanitarian Ed Becker, Jefferson County Director of Public Works Palmer J. McCarter, Jefferson County Extension Ag ent George Randolph, Manager, Port of Port Townsend Harry L. DeUs, Plant Engineer, Crown Zellerbach Corporation Norris Short, Chairman ,Jefferson County Planning Commission Chuck Smith. Manager, Coast Oyster Company Roger French, Engineer, City of Fort Townsend Charle!'!; Gunstone, Commercial Clam Farmer Larry Schoville, Local Fisherman Lynn Goodwin, Wash.
