All those portions of the old Coyle Road outside the right of way
of the present existing road (County Road No. 16) as relocated and replaced
by C.R.P. 354, approved January 8,1973, in Sections 33 and 34, T. 26 N, R.I.
W.W.M., .
and in contemplation of the language of the statute R.C. W. 36.87.010, the same is useless, now there-
fore
BE IT RESOLVED, and this Board of County Commissioners does now declare its intention to vacate and
abandon said road, and be it

FURTHER RESOLVED, and the County Road Engineer is hereby directed to examine said roads and report
his opinion as to whether this county road should be vacated and abandoned; whether any is in use or has
been in use; the condition thereof, and whether it will be advisable to preserve said road for Us County Road
System in the future; whether the public will be benefited by the proposed abandonment, and all othsr facts,
matters and things which will be of importance to the Board; and that such report be filed as soon as possible.

INTENT TO VACATE
WHEREAS, after due consideration, it appears to this Board of County Commissioners that it is not in the
interest of lefferson County to maintain the follOWing described road as a part of the Jefferson County Road
System:

Tha t portion of the Old N ordland Road lying Westerly of tho present
Ness-Flagler road No.4 within Tax No.7, Sec. 28, T. 30 N. ,
R. I E.W.M. Less the South 30 ft. in Tax 7.
BE IT RESOLVED , and this Board of County Commissioners does now declare its intent to vacate said
road and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED. and the County Road Engineer is hereby directed to examine said Road and report his
opinion as to whether this road should be vacated; whether any is in use or has been in use; the conditions
thereof, and all other facts, matters and things which will be of importance to the Board, and that such report
be filed as soon as possible.
