Temple , Countv Auditor and Ex-offiCio, Clerk of the Board Continuation of Hearing for the Preliminary Plat of Seaire Condominium, scheduled for this date was postponed by motion of Commissioner O'Meara and second by Commissioner Brown, due to the absenc(J of Lyle Kussman, Architect and representative of the proposed plat. Ray Johnson, State Auditor and Frances Hansen, Accounting Deputy, came before the Board regarding the Depart~ ment of Public Works. Resolutions need to be drafted setting up the proper accounts for this Department includ- ing Solid Waste and transfering Parks, currently under Public Works back into CUlTent Expense. Prosecuting Attorney Daly will be asked to draft the resolutions. Resolution will also be drawn amending Resolution No. 45-71, establishing the guidelines for the Department. The Board reviewed proposed Ordinance No. 1-74, amending Ordinance No. C-382, Section 2, with respect to sick leave of deputies and county employees. Motion by Commissioner Brown, second by Commissioner O'Meara to set the hearing date for June 17th. Shirley Benham, Jr. ,M.D. ,M.~.H., District Health Officer, sent a letter requesting the transfer of $17,456.47 from the Jefferson County Tuberculosis Control Fund to the Olympic Health Dl.strict. Pooling Fund to reduce the need for funds from the Counties and Cities in the District, and to put Clallam and Jefferson Counties on an equal basis as far as the fund is concerned. Motion by Commissioner O'Meara, second by Commissioner Brown to approve. Resolution will be drafted authorizing the transfer of funds. The following correspondence was reviewed without comment: Copy of letter to L. J. Locke, from the Department of Ecology re: Seaire Condominium Treatment Facilities Engineering Report., Letter from Assessor Hansen re: 1974 Board of Equalization Seminar. (Commissioners are uncertain a s to whether they will attend.) Stipulation and Order of Dismissal, from the Shoreline Hearings Board re: Olympic Canal Tracts Maintenance Corp. Letter from the Corps of Engineers re: Dredging by Cape George Colony Club. Letter from Employment Security Department re: Program for Local Service. Individual notices, from the State Liquor Control Board of application for license for all licensees within the city and county who have, or will be, applying for a new license for the new year. Minutes of Area Manpower Planning Board, Dist. 1 meeting of May 14th.
