Unani- mous. . Planning Director Cunningham submitted the folloWing business for the Board's consideration: (1) Subcontract with CAC and Resolution No. 29-74- to canoy out the terms of the Work Program under Section 1.03 "Human Resources Evaluation" in accordance with Thttd Party Contract No. CPA-WA-IO-19~!020- 505.0-4. Execution of the contract approved by State Auditor, Ray Johnson, due to there being no county or Federal Revenue Sharing funds involved. Motion by Commissioner Brown, second by Commissioner O'Meara to approve and Sign Subcontra ct with CAC and ResolCltion No. 29-74, as follows. Unanimous. I RESOLUTION NO. 29-74 WHEREAS , Jefferson County has entered in to Contract with the office of Community Developement under Contract No. CPA-WA-IO-19-1020-505 .0-4. WHEREAS , I A Human Resources Inventory and Evaluation Study is part of said contract, and that Jefferson County finds it appropriate to subcontract to the C-J CO. C .A.C. as "consultant" under said contract. NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Commissioners of Jefferson County that the subcontract attached hereto be en'ered into and properly endorsed. .. Approved and Adopted this 17th day of June, 1974 .. The Board stated that it is the Developers responsiblity to submit a contract, for county takeover of operation and maintenance of the sewage facilities, to fit the needs and requirements of the county. (3) Notice from Shoreline Hearings Board re: Permit issued to Pleasant Tides Properties. 'I'he DOE and one adjacent lot owner has submitted a "Request for Review" regarding the propased boat launch and communi- ty beach site. No construction may be started until the case is finalized. (4) Jefferson County is to be the reCipient of another 'no match' state grant in relation to the One Stop Permit Procl'ldures, in the amount :of $3,600. (5) Revised drawing from the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers reI 071-0YB-I-002135, WtlShington State Parks & Recreation Commission. Cunningham will submit a memo to the Board after he has checked all recent information. . Petition to Vacate road and plat, from Francis Waldbillig, referred to Engineer Becker, Check in the amount of $100 submitted with petition. The Board and Engineer Becker inspected the culvert on Lot # 1, Lazy C. Properties, as per request of Mr. and Mrs. William Clark. Becker was instructed to advise the Clarks' of the proposed plan to alleviato the flooding problem. *** The follOWing correspondence was reviewed without comment: Letter of appreciation from Gail Salisbury, LGMP Coordinator, Department of Personnel ra: Pay adjustment for the Co's Deparmtma'nt of Emergency Services. Letter from George Braman re: Vacation of old Nordland Road. Two county trust land transmittal of funds, from the DNR: (1) $75 from Stanley L. Meyer, for annual rental under Commercial LeasG (2) $wl,750 from Pope & Talbot, Inc. for removal of timber. 1973 Highway Safety Act, Section 209, High Hazard Location, from the Hiqhw&y Commission. Information from the Urban Arterial Board re: Long Range Needs Study, Phase In. Notice of hearing regarding rules and regulations for the Involuntary Treatment J..aw, from the Office of Mental Health. Minutes of Intermediate Sohool District No. 114, Board of Directors mooting of May 9th. I I The Board discussed the need for dispersement and allocation of Revenuo Sharing Funds. Motion by Commiss- ionar O'Meara, second by Commissioner Brown to have a resolution drafted placing $100,000 of Rovonue Sharing monies in a Building Constroctfon and Maintenanoe aocount. Unanimous. .
