to do this is the Hospital District Commissioners for Eastern Jeffel"SOn Count~'. At the present time, there are
only two commissioners on the Board and there is a question concerning the residence of one of the members
due to his moving since the election. Mr. Stuart said he has been a PIX> inted by the Hospital Advisory
Committee as Chair, man of the Committee to deal with the Hospital District Commission to S'Olve the hospital
problems in this part of the county. He requests the County Comm;:,aioners to investigate the possibility
of seeing to it that the Hospital District Commission is at full stre, lghi. and ca~ble of acting as soon as
possible. It is vital that it is properly activated and the body that can take legal action if necessary. The
County Commissioners will discuss the matter with Prosecuting Attorney Daly.
