FURTHER RESOLVED, and the County Road Enginear is hereby directed to examine said Plat and report his
opinion as to whether this real estate should be vac~ted; whether any is in use or has been in use; the condi-
tions thereof, and all other facts, matters and thinqs which will be of importance to the Board, and that such re-
port be filed as soon as practicable.

Mr. Austin Fraser appeared re: Vacation of Black Point Road. Road has been replaced and has no power facili-
ties. Mr. Fraser stated that portions of the road have slid away and if vacated, they will plant trees ,etc. for
stabilization. Board questions the possibility of cutting off an access road for the Peters' property and will
contact Mr. Peters before taking final action.

Motion by Commissioner Brown, second by Commissioner O'Meara to approve and sign Resolution No. 32-74,
transfer of funds in the Treasurer's Office, as follows: Unanimous.
RESOLUTION NO. 32-74
Pursuant to directive of the Division of Municipal Corporations as derived under R.C.W. 43.09.200,
BE IT RESOLVED, and the Treasurer be and she is hereby authorized and empowered to strike from the

Revaluation Special Fund

accounts of her office the following so-called funds:
County Parks Fund
County Expense Fund (General Adminstration); and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED. and the Treasurer be and she is hereby authorIzed and empowered (a) to trans-
fer from said Revaluation Special Fund to the Current Expense Fund the sum of $30,370.00; (b) transfer from
said County Parks Fund to the Department of Public Works Fund (Solid Waste) the sum of $12,434.19; (c)

transfer from said County Parks Fund to the Current Expense Fund the sum of $39,672.08; (d) transfer from
said County Expense Fund (General Administration) to the Current Expense Fund the sum of $34,883.30; and
BE IT FURTHE R RESOLVED that the County Auditor shall adjust her books to conform to the foregoing.
ADOPTED this 24th day of June, 1974.
