10:00a.m. Meeting called to order by Chairman Walter A. Kelly with all Members present.
Hearing for the Six Year Road Program. Mr. and Mrs. Merle MeBcheam, Chuck Wallen and Mrs. Kay Wojt "
appeared to request that the Planning Commission be consulted on the road program before final decisions are
made to insure citizen input. l'hey also request that adequate bike, horsE' and pedestrian tr'aila be fncluded in
the plan.
The Planning Director submitted a lElttel' stating they and tho Planning Commission have no particular
comment on the SIx Year Road Proqr,am at this time, however, they will be prepared to review the 1975 Road
Improvement Program for conformllnce with the Comprehensive Plan l1a per ROW requirements.
The hearing iLl to be continued next Monday to prclI7ida the Board additional time to study' the proposed
program.
