WHEREAS, said lease is based on a month to month tenancy for an indefinite period of time, begin-
ing July I, 1974, and may be terminated at any time by either party giving to the other a thirty-days written
notice:
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE BOARD OF JEFFERSON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, that the
Auditor be, and hereby, she is authorized to pay the United States Postal Service a monthly rental in the
amount of $204.67, effective July 1,1974, untH such time said Leaae is terminated.

which is 15<: for the first 200 miles and 13<: thereafter. Motion made unanimous by Chairman Kelly. Resolution
No. 37,-74 as follows:
RESOLUTION NO. 37-74
PURSUANT TO 1973 enactment of the State Legislature, and as approved by the Governor
BE, IT RESOLVED that effective as of this date, county officials and employees traveling on public
business in their respective private automobiles shall be entitled to rniieage at the rate of $ .15 per mile.
ADOPTED this 1st day of July, 1974.
