Kelly with all Members present. Hearing re: Intent to Vacate, Blocks and Streets in Plat of Belleview Addition. Mr. and Mrs. Francis D. Waldbillig, petitioners, appeared. Mr. Waldbillig stated the lots, as they a.re now platted, are to small for the construction of homes and he wants to enlarge them to allow room for a maximum of five homes. Planning Director Cunningham advised that the Planning Commission hasn't had a chance to examine the petition and requests postponement. Motion by Commissioner Brown, second by Commissioner O'Meara to postpone until August 5th. Unanimous. Erick Peterson, adjacent property owner, appeared also. , Board approved and signed Statement of Receipts and Disbursements for April, May and June, from the County Treasurer. Board approved a request for a supplemental emergency appropriation to the 1974 budget for the amount of $300, from the Planning Director. Resolution will be drafted for execution by the Board. Planning Consultant, Randall Tyler, submitted a notice of completion of the Housing St udy as specified in Third Party Contract No. CPA-WA-1O-19-1020-H-T, and his bill for services in the amount of $2,000. Motion by Commissioner Brown, second by Commissioner O'Meara, to approve. Unanimous. Reinbursement request will be sent to the state by the Planning Department. Chairman Kelly advised that a boat with a large motor was speeding and causing problems on Lake Leland over the past weekend. The Commissioners feel that the lakes in the county are too small for all Ibut electric motors, and will request a boating safety ordinance be written.
