Two letters from the Earth Care Orgaization re: (I) Requesting that their Organization be allowed to have a rep-
resentative on the Jefferson-Port Townsend Regional Council. Board believes the Council is comprised of mem-
bers from Government entities only, however, they will check and advise. (2) Public Hearing Testimony, Pro-
posed Subdivision Ordinance - to be considered at next hearing.

Notice from the Department of Ecology re: Announcement of application, from Crown Zellerbach, for National
Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit to Discharge to State Waters. Board in uncertain ao to the full
