ammending Resolution 51-74, as follows: Unanimous

Ammending Resolution No. 51 - 74
WHEREAS, in order to comply with policy adopted by the Olympic Health District
BE IT RESOLVED, and the County Treasurer be and she is hereby authorized to transfer on the books of
her office from the "Jefferson County Tuberculosis Control Fund" the amount of $ 17,456.47 to the "Olympic
Health District Pooling Fund".

WHEREAS, this BOiird has been informed of a commitment from the Unl.ted States Government under its
Emergency Employment Act of en amount in excess of $2,500.00 to provide for salaries and fringe benefits,
reimburseahle upon vouchers submitted to the Federal agency administering the Act, and
WHEREAS, the Division of MuniCipal Corporations has determined this to be a warrant account and t9
comply therewith, a oupplemantal budget for the Plarming Department, the beneficiary of the commitment,
should be adopted to perml,t expenditures during the remainder of the fiscal 1974 , the same is hereby fixed
and settled as Iollows:
