Auditor, Betty Temple requested that the budget hold placed on the 1974 Current Expense Budget be released
to allow the offices to meet their needs for the remainder of 1974. She said the revenue collected from county
land sales (timber) are far in excess of what was estimated in the budget, and due to increased costs she
will be forced to skimp on operating supplies, including the official record books unless the hold is taken off.
Motion by Commissioner O'Meara, second by Commissioner Brown for a resolution to be drafted re-
scinding the "hold" provisions of Resolution No. 65-73 and re-establishing Resolution 58-73. Unanimous.
Motion by Commissioner O'Meara, second by Commissioner Brown to adopt and Sign Resolution No. 60-74
Supplemental Budget for the Treasurers Operation &. Maintenance Fund for 1974, as follows: Unanimous.

In order that compliance wit.'1 Bulleti" of the Division of Municipal Corporations be had, espE!cially in-

sofar as control of the Treasurer's Operation and Maintenance Fund is concerned,
BE IT RESOLVED, and there is hereby determined and established a supplemental budget in the
particular, permitting warrant expenditures for fiscal 1974, in words and figures following, to-wit:
