WHEREAS, Resolution No. 65-73 was adopted December 14, 1973, placing
revenues, and
a "hold" on expenditures of Jefferson County due to anticipated reductions in County

WHEREAS, it now appears that Jefferson County will receive during calendar
year 1974 funds adequate to meet the expenditures or the 1974 budget as established
prior to the "hold" imposed by Resolution No. 65-"13, and
WHEREAS, inflation has made it increasingly difficult for the divisions of
65-73;
county government to operate within their budgets as restricted by Resolution No.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
The "hold" provisions of Resolution No" 65-73 are herebl' rescinded, and
Resolution No. 65-73 is hereby declared to be without further effect.
The final budget for 1974, as setout. in Resolv.tionNo. 56-73, be and!s
hereby reestablished.
