Division 4. Chuck McClearnsberry, Enqllllmring Manager ( Pope & Tlilbot, Inc. appsrared. Planning
Director Cunningham gave the p("lIentatlontl describing the proposed projects and advised that the PIl!!nning
Cbmmission has thoroughly checked out the premilinary plat3 and submitted their recommendations for the
Board's consideration. Preliminan' plal'1l3 have also been reviewed by the Planning, Health and Engineering
Depts.
