Motion by Commissioner Br::lwn, second by Commissioner O'Meara to approve minutes of November 4th and 8th with corrElctions. Unanimous. George Randolph, Manager, Port of Port Townsend, appeared regarding a letter from State Parks and Recreation Commission to the Chairman of both the County and the Port Commissioners in regard to the boat launch ramp at Gardiner. State Parks is inquiring into the possibility of a joint acquisti::ln and development project among the three agencies. The Board concurs with the idea, however, they feel the availability of property in that area should be established first. George Randolph will re'ply to State Parks. Treasurer, Lillian Jacobsen came before the Board in behalf of the Commissioners of Hospital Disrtict No.2, to ask if the Board would consider loaning a sum of money to the District to avoid paying interest bearing warrants on operation expenses until collection of the levies. The Board will check to see what araangements can be made. Request from "Timber Land Classification" under the Open Space Law was received from David A. Walton. Application referred to the Assessor for advisement.
