IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, that it is their intentions
to construct a bridge across Dowans Creek.
BE !T FUR'rHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose there is hereby
