Planning Director Cunningham submitted a letter re: Planning Agency review of proposed 1975 Road Program. The latter requests a brief, descriptive presentation of the proposed 1975 Road Program on Wednesday, December 18th at 8:00 p. m. Cunningham said that both Engineer Becker and Glen Bagley wil! attand the meeting to outline the proposed projects. (Referred to the Planning Dept. and tbe S. M.A.C.) Letter from the Rev. L. \Valter Truitt requesting that a resolution be pa~sed memorializing the Sisters of Providence employed at St. Johns Hospital. Letter from the District Sanitarian re: Multi-Service Community Center Facility-Tri-Cities Area. letter from Bayshore Enterprises re: 1975 Budget request for $5,000. (Already approved.) Copy of letter, from the Department of the Army, to Puget Sound Exchange Corp. re: Closing of their file. Copy of notice, from the County Road .Administration Board, to County Engineers re: Elimination of Red Tape; Certificiltion Acceptance; and State Aid Budget 1975-77. Letter from the Department of Social & Health Services re: Involuntary Treatment of Alcoholics; and a draft 'copy of Involuntary Committment (For Alcoholism.) There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was recessed until Wednesday, Dee. 11th for the purpose of meeting with Fran Andrews, Real Estate Agent br the Sisters of Providence, St. Johns Hospital.
