RESOLUTION NO. 76-74 Pursuant to directives of the Divisi::m of Municipal Corpcrations and in order to permit a strict control of receipts and disbursements under the Mental Health and Mental Retardation Program of Jefferson County, Wa shington~ BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners for Jei"ferson County, Washington, that the County Treasurer ba, and she is hereby authorized, directed and empowered to create and establish a fund on the books of her office to be known :md designated. as "Bayshore Special Account", and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that effective January 1, 1975, all tax monies received by her for Mental Health and Retardation shall be distribllted as follows, to wit: Fifty per cent thereof to the Ment'31 Health and Mental Retardation Fund, and fifth per cent to the fund heretofore designated as "Bayshore Special Account: II and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Tree/surer be, and she is hereby authorized and empowered to forthwith transfer from the fund, Mental Health and Mental Retardation, to the new fund, "Bayshore Special Account", the slim of $141.09.
