Motion was also made by Commissioner O'Meara and seconded by Commissioner Brown to send an earnest
receipt and agreement in the amount of #50,000 for the purchase of said building. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meetinq was adjourned.

Bid Opening: For the Furnishing of Metal Culvert Pipe
(1) Armco Steel Corp., Portland
(2) Sunset Wire Rope Co., Port Angeles
$4,565.45 incl. tax
$3,553.52 incl. tax
Motion by CommissLonel' O'Meara, second by Commissioner Brown fro Engineer Becker to tOtal individual
price listings submitted by Armco Stoel Corp. and to check total of Sunset Wire Rope Co's bid for
possible error. Unanimous.
, Aftal" totaling and checking bids, Becker returned to advise that Sunset Wire Rope Co's bid was
: correct as presented and recommended they be awarded as low bidder.

Co., for the amount of $3,553.52. Unanimous.

Resolution for the transfer of funds, from MH/MR to Bay shore Special Account was submitted to provide a definite
definite audit trail for the Bayshore account. Motion by Commissioner 0' Meara, second by Commissioner
Brown to approve and sigh Resolution No, 76-74, as follows. Unanimous.
RESOLUTION NO. 76-74
Pursuant to directives of the Divisi::m of Municipal Corpcrations and in order to permit a strict control
of receipts and disbursements under the Mental Health and Mental Retardation Program of Jefferson County,
Wa shington~
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners for Jei"ferson County, Washington, that the
County Treasurer ba, and she is hereby authorized, directed and empowered to create and establish a
fund on the books of her office to be known :md designated. as "Bayshore Special Account", and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that effective January 1, 1975, all tax monies received by her for Mental
Health and Retardation shall be distribllted as follows, to wit:
Fifty per cent thereof to the Ment'31 Health and Mental
Retardation Fund, and fifth per cent to the fund heretofore
designated as "Bayshore Special Account: II and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Tree/surer be, and she is hereby authorized and empowered to
forthwith transfer from the fund, Mental Health and Mental Retardation, to the new fund, "Bayshore Special
Account", the slim of $141.09.
ADOPTED this 23rd day of D'Elcember, 1974.
