Breaking Ground at Lyon's Landing
Today, Habitat for Humanity of Clallam County (HFHCC) held a groundbreaking ceremony to begin the construction of 45 new homes for residents of Clallam County. The Lyon's Landing development,
located in Carlsborg, is set to provide much-needed housing in the area. 20% percent of the homes will be designated for households earning up to 120% of the Clallam County area median
income (AMI), while the remaining 80% will be available to households earning 80% or less of the AMI. Among those pictured with a shovel are Colleen McAleer, Executive Director of Clallam
