STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
Jury costs for Jefferson County Superior and District Court for December 2024.
ANALYSIS:
Jefferson County Superior Court has one (0) Jury Trials and District court had zero (1)in the
month of December 2024. The costs cover the mileage rate and $15.00 per day for the
reporting jurors.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The fiscal impact of the County is $717.89
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Board of County Commissioners approve payment of Superior/District Court Jury
Fees.
