Do not open attachments or click on links if you are not expecting them. We know how hard it is to stick to New Year's resolutions. So this year, we invite you to pick just one or two that are right for YOU. <http://image.emails.sierraclub.org/lib/fe8f1372746d007871/m/22/1a6411f1-d430-4730-a89c-6df5a08e58b0.png> Happy New Year, John. Heading into 2025 is the perfect time to ask the Big Questions. What do I care about? How can I live more intentionally, and in line with my values? How can I be part of building a better world? We know how hard it is to stick to New Year's resolutions. So this year, we invite you to pick just one or two that are right for YOU. What commitment can you make that would bring some joy, connection, intention, and agency into your life? With the incoming Trump administration and the chaos it is certain to bring, let’s remember that we are not powerless. We each get to choose how we show up. Here are five ideas that can help you make a positive impact this year: 1. ♻️ Live Sustainably: Individual actions can feel too small in the face of global challenges. And alone, that's true. But collectively, our actions add up to make a real difference. We're sending this email to about 2 million people. What if all of us stopped buying things in plastic? Ate one more meatless meal every week? Switched our appliances to be more energy efficient? Now we're talking! Find resources about sustainable swaps in the Ask Ms. Green section of Sierra magazine. <http://click.emails.sierraclub.org/?qs=7f016860d7d131a714276cc9f88dc800926e265c ac927d1af2bf2f26a8794ab700257b4f3584d996863a14cf27f283a662f2c598c808129c> 2. 📣 Advocate: Let’s go local.
