and a 100 pound dog were all living in the disabled Porta potty while a person with a wheelchair sleeping under an orange tarp against the DSHS building at the Evans Vista Camp. There
is no place for these folks to go, they can't maintain themselves someone will freeze to death. Cheers Maggie
