ORDER: BUDGET APPROPRIATIONS/) 112-98
EXTENSIONS: SPECIFIC FUND } RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners did on the 26th day of
October, 1998, declare that an emergency existed to provide the listed amounts from the
unencumbered Equipment Rental and Revolving (ER & R) Fund balance and to set a hearing on
said emergency for the 9th day of November, 1998, at the hour of 3:00 p.m.; and
WHEREAS, at the time of the hearing no objection or objection interposed; now,
therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, by the Board of County Commissioners, that due to
there being sufficient funds in the unencumbered balance of the ER & R Fund, that the County
Auditor be, and she is hereby authorized to extend the budget of the following fund by the
amount listed below and per the attached request.

Subj: ER & R Emergency Budget Appropriation
Public Works is requesting the emergency budget appropriation be reduced from
$650,000 to $500,000. Public Works is requesting an interfund loan from the Road
fund to ER&R in the amount of $500,000 to cover the appropriation. The appropriation
will be used for funding, supply, transport and stockpile of aggregate materials.
