I served on the Sheriff's Citizen's Advisory Council for about 5 years, starting under Dave Stanko, then Joe Nole. While Joe was Sheriff, I got to know Andy Pernsteiner quite well. I
highly recommend that your board seriously consider appointing Andy as our Sheriff until the next election. He's more than capable, respected by the deputies and knows JCSO personnel
and operations inside out.
