SUBJECT: Discussion with Olympic National Park staff regarding Upper Hoh
Road
STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
Staff from the Olympic National Park have requested time with the Board of County Commissioners on
Monday, 13 January, 2025 to discuss the washout on the Upper Hoh Road at approximately milepost 9.7.
ANALYSIS:
Olympic National Park staff attending the BOCC meeting on Monday, January 13, 2025 are:
• Sula Jacobs, Superintendent
• Kevin Killian, Deputy Superintendent
• Jeff Doryland, Chief of Facilities Management
FISCAL IMPACT:
None.
RECOMMENDATION:
Listen to Olympic National Park staff and respond as appropriate.
