RE: Quilcene Heights Large Lot Sub'division
I have reviewed the options you sent to our office by fax. I have not found any
problems related to reducing the number of lots from 6 to 5 and the preliminary plat
approval.
As far as process, submittal of the final plat map for review and approval is the only
thing that would need to be done. If the number of lots were increasing, it would be a
major revision and involve a process similar to a new application. Reducing the
number of lots is a minor revision and would be handled at final plat review.
Option 3 appear to be the most similar to the original permit, since the lots in the
approved preliminary plat all cross the county road.
