Subject: Qui!cene Heights SubdMsion
Dear Jerry:
Due to the original lot 1 of Quilcene Heights Subdivision not being suitable for oa-site
septic approval at this time, we have come up with four alternative lot options. The pre-
limnary plat was planned for six lots and these attached alternative options are for five lots,
The attached chart shows some of the pros and cons of each option, as well as NTI's overall
ranking. The client has not made up their mind on what option they prefer.
I would like to find out from you if any of these options present a problem as far as a
deviatioa from the prelirmnary plat. Could you also give me sume infommtion on what
process we need to follow to change the preliminary plat in this case.
I[ you have any question~, please feel free to give us a ~xll.
Sincerely.
