Since preliminary subdivision approavat
on July 31, 1992 the applicant has not
submitted any further material leading
toward final subdivision approval.
Staff sent letters dated April 14, 1995
and July 17, 1995 advising the applicant
of expiration on July 31, 1995. No
response to staff notices has been
received. None of the letters were
returned by the Post Office. A brief
letter dated August 20, 1995 advising
the applicant that preliminary
subdivision approval has expired was
mailed to the applicant.
BY LETTER DATED APRIL 14, 1995 notified
the applicant that the preliminary
approval granted July 31, 1992 would
expire July 31, 1995. Requested the
applicant to notifiy the Permit Center
whether he intends to proceed with
finalization of the plat. Requested
notification within 30 days of receipt
of our letter.
