The Board of County Commissioners will call their Special Meeting to Order,
once a quorum has been established

Submitting Public Comments: Individuals can submit public comments remotely by email regarding items listed
in the agenda below. Board members and staff will read and consider your comments before the meeting. Email
your comments by 12:00pm the day before the meeting using this email address: mtyler@co.jefferson.wa.us

Participation will be up to the Chair and/or Clerk of the meeting.

BoCC

o Celebration of Stewardship: 3rd Wednesdays in September from 3pm to 5pm at HJ
Carroll Rotary Pavilion
o Annual Park Tour: 4th Wednesdays in April from 9am to 2pm.
o Annual BoCC presentation: 2nd Monday in May
