SUBJECT: ADVISORY BOARD REAPPOINTMENT (1) re: Housing Fund Board;
Term expired on 12/24/24; Julia Cochrane
STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
The Housing Fund Board (HFB) had one position expire on December 31, 2024. Staff advertised for the
position with a deadline which has expired as of December 2024.
ANALYSIS:
Staff confirmed there were no applications received by the deadline. The one HFB member with an expiring
term expressed interest in continuing to serve on the HFB.
RECOMMENDATION
HFB members and County staff recommend that the Board approve the following:
• Julia Cochrane—Three (3) Year Term expiring January 21, 2028.
