said parcel of land being a portion of the Northwest 1/4 of
Section 12, Township 27 North, Range 2 West, Willamette Meridian,
County of Jefferson, State of Washington.
Said parcel of land being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the West 1/4 corner of said Section 12, being a
4" x 4" concrete monument, from which the Northwest section cor-
ner, being a 2" iron pipe with brass cap bears N02054'51" E a
distance of 2730,79 feet, thence N02054'51" E along the West line
of said Section 12, a distance of 682.70 feet to the Southwest
corner of the Northwest 1/4 Southwest 1/4 Northwest 1/4 of said
Section 12, thence N89037'31" E along the south line of said
Northwest 1/4 Southwest 1/4 Northwest 1/4 a distance of 330.78
feet to the Southwest corner of the East 1/2 Northwest 1/4 South-

MOSCHETTO and ELINOR A. MOSCHETTO, husband and wife, and
ROBERT G. SACCO, as his separate estate, for an in considera-
tion of TEN DOLLARS and other valuable consideration,
conveys and warrants to the COUNTY OF JEFFERSON, the following
described real estate situated in Jefferson County, in the State
of WaShington, to the same extent and purpose as if rights herein
granted had been acquired under Eminent Domain Statute of the
State of Washington:
