A RESOLUTION of Jefferson County, Washington, relating to contracting indebtedness; authorizing ,the issuance of a PUblic Works Trust Fund Bond in the principal amount of not to exceed $660,267 for the purpose of providing funds to pay part of the cost of improving Beaver Valley Road, County Road No. 941507, within the County; fixing the date, interest rate, installments, maturity, form, terms, and covenants of such bond; providing for the issuance of that bond to the State of Washington Department of Community Development; and providing for the execution and delivery to that department of a loan agreement to be performed subject to the provisions of this resolution.
