Additional authorlzatlon from other public agencies may be necessary for this project. a. Concrete work shall be isolated from the stream at all times. b. During excavation for and placement of forms extreme care shall be taken to prevent dirt and debris from entering the stream. c. The willow clump and associated debris immediately downstream of the culvert shall be removed from the stream channel. d. A downstream control weir shall be installed apprOXimately 25' downstream of culvert outfall. This weir shall have a low flow notch and it shall pool water into the cul vert. e. SECTION 1-08, PROSECUTION AND PROGRESS (July 3, 1978) Subcontracting The last sentence of the third paragraph of section 1-08.1 of the standard specifi- cations is revised to read: The 25% limitation on work that may be performed by an agent shall not apply to driving piles, furnishing and driving test piles or installation of steel re- inforci.ng bars.
