Primary State Highway No. 9, Bogachiel River South, sometime around 1950. on producing the turnback agreement but more importantly 1 have discovered that the ` the State working State took title through an Easement granted by the Milwaukee Land Co. Therefore; even though the state may have turned back or certified interest back to the County, we would consider any interest (if any) as an easement interest whereby the timber would be owned by the adjoining property owner. I hope this answers your inquiry. You will be working with the8tate regarding any access/road approach permits, otherwise feel free to call if you need other County road assistance.
