transitional housing programs, and 8 through programs designed for
those who historically have not accessed services.

At 75, Sidney Goodman has been a dedicated
AmeriCorps volunteer with OlyCAP's RSVP program since
2018, donating over 1,200 hours. In the Head Start Celebrating Incredible Impact!
Program, he reads to 3-5-year-olds, serves breakfast, • 52,648 Hours of Dedication
That's over 6 years of continuous service,
and offers comforting support. Sidney shares, "I get transforming our community!
more out of my time with the children than I give." • $2,120,674 in Value Generated

Meet Josh:A Story of Service
Quilcene Visits For some, a Community Center is more than a gathering
place;it's a lifeline.

Josh, a man in his 50s living in his car,turns to the Tri Area
Community Center for warmth, coffee, and a brief reprieve
from the harsh realities of life. Battling severe mental health
challenges and physical discomfort, Josh embodies the
struggles faced by many in our community.
On a recent visit,his pain was clear,and thanks to OlyCAP's
quick action and partnerships,Josh received care through the
East Jefferson CARES Unit.
Josh will return,likely in the dead of winter, seeking support
