Community Centers Meet Josh:A Story of Service Quilcene Visits For some, a Community Center is more than a gathering place;it's a lifeline. 13 C32 Josh, a man in his 50s living in his car,turns to the Tri Area Community Center for warmth, coffee, and a brief reprieve from the harsh realities of life. Battling severe mental health challenges and physical discomfort, Josh embodies the struggles faced by many in our community. On a recent visit,his pain was clear,and thanks to OlyCAP's quick action and partnerships,Josh received care through the East Jefferson CARES Unit.
