Day drop in center - year round, 24 hour shelter.
How to license a service animal etc. How to find pet care, pet sitting.
What does safe and stable housing look like to you?
Rent Stabilization - State advocacy group
Seattle Times article - focused on the billions of dollars spent – but the VA is seeing a decrease of 19% - SSVF - will allow 6-9 months rent paid, including back rent - then up to 2
years shallow subsidy ½ their rent. Commerce and other agencies are looking at expanding this to non-vets. Commerce does help.

McKinney Vento count from school districts - counts unhoused, underhoused students.
Youth Funds - some of them are sunsetting. Olycap runs 4 separate programs aimed at youth.
