This will be a hybrid meeting with telephone or on-line options. The public is invited to attend in-
person, with a limit of up to 50 percent of the venue' s capacity, pursuant to Resolution 24-22.

a. Community Development responded to ideas and suggestions from the Brinnon &
Quilcene community discussions.
b. Dates, locations, and strategies for the 2025 Planning Commission “roadshow” events and
engagement schedule. Special Meeting Feb. 26, Mar. 5, Mar. 19, Special Meeting Mar. 26.
c. Planning Commission Outreach Subcommittee
i. Nominate District 1 Representative for subcommittee--Chair
ii. Schedule PC Outreach Subcommittee meeting with each other to set subcommittee
expectations, develop outreach goals, and activities.
iii. Meet with DCD to integrate outreach planning
10. 2025 Planning Commission Joint Workshop with BoCC
a. Determine format, agenda, and a potential date for a 2025 Planning Commission joint
workshop with the BoCC.
