Observation Form
As noted from the meeting, our community has decided to do observation counts for those who will not or cannot participate.
A few important notes:

Collect as much observational data as possible to help in the deduplication process.
*
Collect as much observational data that would indicate why you believe the individual is homeless (eg sleeping in car, has bedding, food and pets packed into the backseat of the car,
and towels up around back windows for privacy)
*
This does not take place of interactive count. In otherwords, make every effort to conduct the count as usual. Use this ONLY when all options to interact are not available to you or
if you come across someone sleeping and you do not wish to disturb them.
*
Do not guess demographic information such as race and gender.

Supplies
We have PIT supplies in our office and they will be available starting today at Noon and through the PIT Count.
Don't forget, for those of you who will be in locations serving families with children, we have some toys available as well.
