Good morning, I hope all is well with you. Amanda Hamilton from the County Clerk directed me to contact you about this matter. I am contacting you because I am researching information
about Jefferson County and I was hoping you could provide me some information. Are the following ordinances available for the county... There was no mention of these in the code of
ordinances.
-Solar ordinance
-Wind ordinance
-Battery storage systems
I am also looking for any regulations you may have for these systems and what the permitting process would be for these. Thank you in advance for your help, I look forward to hearing
